Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returned items.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

No Final Sale Items

At this time, Maison Compagnie Store does not sell any final sale items.
All products are eligible for return according to this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Incomplete returns

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds
